Please read through the policies thoroughly & feel free to DM me with any questions or concerns <3 IMPORTANT POLICIES A Non-Refundable deposit of $20 is required for select appointments, deposit goes towards your service I under no circumstances will work over another lash artists work; Please arrive to your appointment free of • Make-up; Mascara / Eyeliner • Lash Glue Residue • Mascara • Clusters Also avoid drinking coffee, tea, energy drinks until after your appointment In-Take Form MUST be completed before your appointment. Only Required Once. Will be sent to you once finished booking. Please reschedule 24 hours in advance. Anything less than 24 hours will result in termination of the deposit & a new one will be needed to book again. Please reschedule if you are feeling ill. You have 48 hrs to let me know if there are any issues w/ your lashes and I will happily fix them for you. Anything past the 48 hours will be considered a fill. Remaining balance can be paid in Cash, Through Venmo or Zelle - No Refunds Lastly, Please No Extra Guests Upon Arrival: • Use restroom if needed • Place belongings on bench • Take your shoes off and Relax Thank you for helping keep our space clean & comfortable! CANCELLATION POLICY
• Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required to reschedule the appointment. •Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Last minute cancellations will forfeit their deposit. • No-Show Policy: If you No Show your deposit will be forfeited and the remaining balance of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. No Shows will be banned.
